The Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy is home to Wildbird Recovery, a non profit organization dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and natural resources. The conservancy offers on and off site educational programs in addition to providing rehabilitation efforts for Passerines (Songbirds, Swifts & Swallows) and Raptors (birds of prey). The staff will take us on an educational tour covering various topics from the resident bird ambassadors to native plants. This guided tour will be about 1 - 1.5 hours with a Club business meeting to follow. There is also a gift shop, so please allow yourself time to browse.
